A hawk at identifying raw talent and nurturing it, it is no surprise that Amitabh successfully heads the Motor Underwriting, Claims and Product development functions while also leading the Motor Customer Service department.

With over 16 years of experience, Amitabh started his career in the home loan business function at ICICI group and has been an integral part since. He has juggled various roles in motor, bancassurance and retail to emerge as a leader one looks up to and has been instrumental in helping ICICI Lombard emerge as a market leader.

An engineer by qualification, it was his fascination with numbers that led him to pursue a management degree specializing in finance. Being a CFA only adds to the many feathers in his hat.
