Mrs. Lalita Dileep Gupte, aged 72, is an Independent Director of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and a Master’s degree in Management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. She has been associated with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited as an Independent Director since October 18, 2016. Currently, she is a Chairperson of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited and India Infradebt Limited.

She retired as Chairperson of ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited in October 2016. Mrs. Lalita D. Gupte was responsible for setting up the international business of ICICI Bank since 2001. Previously, she worked with ICICI Limited from June 15, 1971. She retired at the end of October 2006 as joint Managing Director and Member of the Board of ICICI Bank Limited.

She is on several company Boards and has been on the Boards of educational institutions.

Mr. Ved Prakash Chaturvedi, aged 55, is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a post graduate diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru.

He has been associated with the Company since July 13, 2016. He has experience in building investment management and wealth management businesses both organically and through acquisitions.

Previously, he has worked with Tata Asset Management Limited as the Managing Director from October 2004 to October 2010 and with L & T Investment Management Limited as a Director from September 2011 to September 2014. He has served on the Board of Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) from June 2004 to September 2010.

Mr. Uday Chitale is a Chartered Accountant with professional standing of 45 years and has been Senior Partner with M/s M. P. Chitale & Co., Chartered Accountants. Mr. Uday Chitale has been associated with the Company as an Independent Director since April 19, 2016.

Mr. Uday Chitale has been a Director on some of the prominent corporate boards in India during the past three decades and more.

Mr. Uday Chitale is a Member of the Board of Governors of NISM - National Institute of Securities Markets promoted by SEBI. He also held the position of Vice-President AsiaPacific and Member of the Global Board of Directors of DFK International, a leading association of professional firms and business advisors.

Mr. Uday Chitale has served on expert committees set up by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) and several industry associations and chambers of commerce.

Mr. Uday Chitale is active in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and is involved in arbitration and conciliation of commercial disputes. An Accredited Mediator of CEDR-UK, Mr. Uday Chitale is founder Director of Indian Council for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) and is on the panel of arbitrators/mediators of leading institutions in India and abroad.

Mr. Suresh Kumar, aged 70, is an Independent Director of the Company since June 1, 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com. Hons.) degree from the University of Bombay and completed Investment Management Programme from London Business School, Stanford University. He had also completed Advanced Management Programme from Columbia University. He is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Bankers (FIIB).

He has over 45 years of experience in project finance, corporate banking, remedial credit management, treasury and capital markets, asset management and investment banking activities. He is a Board Member of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited since April 2011, Aster DM Healthcare Limited since September 2015, Values Alternative Investments International Private Limited since September 2008 and Tricolour Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. since July 2017. He is also an Oversight Board Member of Emirates REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the UAE’s DIFC jurisdiction. He is also the Founder & Group Managing Director of Tricolour Values Investments PSC and also an Oversight Board Member in the DIFC. He is Chairman of the Indian Business & Professional Council (IBPC) in Dubai.

Mr. Ashvin Parekh, aged 67 years, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has set up the advisory service company – Ashvin Parekh Advisory Services LLP (APAS) in the areas of providing services to the Boards and the management of the financial services sector companies, in June 2013. Mr. Parekh retired as a Senior Partner from Ernst & Young in June 2013 and was with EY for 8 years. Earlier Mr. Parekh was the Executive Director of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2002 till June 2005. Mr. Parekh has also held senior positions in Arthur Anderson, Price Waterhouse Coopers, KPMG India, KPMG UK, KPMG Dubai and Hindustan Lever Ltd. Mr. Parekh has worked in the United Kingdom, Dubai, Australia, Germany and the US on Partner secondment programs for about 11 years outside of India. He is registered with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank as an expert in the financial services sector. He has worked on gamut of areas like business strategies, corporate planning, institutional strengthening and business transformation across industries including banking, insurance, pension and capital markets. He has been a member of several committees set up by the Ministry of Finance, RBI, IRDA and SEBI. He is also a member of industry bodies and associations namely CII, FICCI and ASSOCHAM.

Mr. Sandeep Batra is an Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank since December 23, 2020. Mr. Batra, a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary, has been with the ICICI Group since 2000. He holds responsibilities of the Corporate Centre at the Bank.

He is responsible for the Operations and Customer Service Group, Phone Banking Group, Human Resource Management Group, Infrastructure Management Services Group, Technology Group, Legal Group, Corporate Communications, Secretarial Group and Government & Strategic Relations function. He also oversees regulatory and Board related matters for International Banking business. He is also administratively responsible for Risk function, Internal Audit and Financial Crime Prevention Group and Compliance Group.

Mr. Batra chairs the Board of ICICI Bank UK PLC. He is also on the boards of several ICICI Group companies – ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited and ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited.

In his previous stint with ICICI Bank, Mr. Batra was Group Compliance Officer. He has been a founder member of the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited where he worked as Chief Financial Officer from September 2000 till 2006 and then as Executive Director and a member of its Board from January 2014 till July 2018. At ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, he was responsible for finance, investments, actuarial and risk, and compliance functions. He was also instrumental in leading the company to India’s first IPO in the insurance space.

Mr. Murali Sivaraman, aged 59 years, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has also completed Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. Mr. Murali Sivaraman is an accomplished business leader, who has worked in India, Singapore, China, Canada and London. He is presently a Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director of Huhtamaki PPL Ltd. (formerly known as Paper Products Limited) and an Independent Director in Bharat Forge Limited.

In his previous role, he served as President of Philips Lighting Growth Markets and Executive Vice President of Philips Lighting, based in Singapore. During his tenure at Philips, he has successfully completed and integrated large acquisitions in India, China and Middle East and has worked with Marketing, Innovations and Supply Teams spread across the globe. He also worked with Akzo Nobel (formerly ICI) for appx. 20 years in global positions.

Ms. Vishakha Mulye is an Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank since January 2016. She heads the Domestic and International Wholesale Banking, Markets and Commercial Banking businesses at the Bank.

Ms. Mulye, a Chartered Accountant, has been with the ICICI Group since 1993. In her career, she has handled several responsibilities in the areas of strategy, treasury & markets, proprietary equity investing and management of long-term equity investments, structured finance, management of special assets and corporate & project finance.

Ms. Mulye led the team that planned and executed the merger of ICICI and ICICI Bank in 2002. She also led the team which negotiated and concluded the merger of erstwhile Sangli Bank with ICICI Bank. From 2002 to 2005, she was responsible for the Bank's structured finance and global markets businesses, and its financial institutions’ relationships. In 2005, she took over as the Group Chief Financial Officer. In 2007 she was elevated to the Board of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company and in 2009, she assumed leadership of ICICI Venture Funds Management Company as its MD & CEO. Currently, apart from ICICI Bank, Ms. Mulye is also on the board of ICICI Lombard General Insurance and chairs the board of ICICI Bank Canada.

Ms. Mulye is a member of Aspen Institute’s 'India Leadership Initiative'. She was also selected as 'Young Global Leader' in 2007 by the World Economic Forum. She received the ‘India CFO Award’ in 2006 from IMA India for 'Excellence in Finance in a Large Corporate' and ‘CA Corporate Leader Award’ in 2008 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants. In February 2012, she received the ‘GR8! Women Awards’ from the Indian Television Academy for her contribution as an ‘Eminent Personality in the field of Banking’. In March 2019, she was felicitated at News 18 Lokmat’s award ceremony ‘Mukta Sanman’ for her work in the field of Business and Finance.

Mr. Bhargav Dasgupta is the Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited since May, 2009, the largest private sector general insurance company in India.

Mr. Bhargav Dasgupta began his career with the erstwhile ICICI Limited in 1992 and he has held key leadership positions in diverse business areas in the ICICI Group including Project Finance, Corporate Banking, E-commerce & Technology Management, International Banking and Life Insurance.

Mr. Bhargav Dasgupta holds a PGDBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.E (Mechanical) degree from Jadavpur University.

Mr. Alok Kumar Agarwal, aged 52 is an Executive Director-Wholesale since January 19, 2011 at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, India’s largest private sector General Insurance Company.

Mr. Agarwal started his career in 1989 with Reliance Industries Ltd. as an Engineer, Subsequently, he worked with ICICI Ltd for 9 years in project finance department before shifting to ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited

Mr. Agarwal heads the Wholesale Group at ICICI Lombard which includes the corporate and financial inclusion business.

Mr. Agarwal has completed Bachelor of Engineering course from Jadavpur University. He has also Post Graduation in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Mr. Sanjeev Radheyshyam Mantri, aged 48 joined ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited (“the Company”) on May 2, 2015, the fourth largest non-life insurer in India based on gross direct premium income in fiscal 2019 (Source: IRDAI). He spearheads the retail division of the Company and is responsible for distribution of products across agencies, bancassurances and digital & alternate channels alongwith retail strategy. He is also in charge of marketing and corporate communication verticals at the Company.

Mr. Sanjeev Mantri had held key leadership positions with BNP Paribas and ICICI Bank Limited (“Bank”) during a career spanning more than 20 years. Mr. Sanjeev Mantri joined the Bank in 2003, where he led various businesses including Bank’s Small & Medium Enterprises Group. He was a Senior General Manager at the Bank and led Bank’s Rural and Inclusive Banking Group. Under his leadership, the Bank was awarded the Asian Banker Award for the Best SME Bank-Asia Pacific in 2010.

Mr. Rakesh Jha is an engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a post-graduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He joined ICICI Limited in 1996 in the Planning & Treasury Department. In the last twenty-five years at ICICI, Mr. Jha has worked across various functions including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, strategy and investor relations, and has deep knowledge of the banking business. At ICICI Limited, Mr. Rakesh Jha was designated as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of ICICI Bank in May 2007 and Chief Financial Officer in October 2013. As the Chief Financial Officer at ICICI Bank Limited, Mr. Jha headed the Performance Information and Value Management Group, (responsible for bank-wide planning & performance analysis, management information systems, capital planning and optimization, strategic assignments and analyst & investor relations), Financial Accounting & Reporting group and Asset Liability Management Group.
