Interaction with Customer Relationship Team was very useful. All people whom I have contacted were cordial and patient to hear my doubts. I must specially thank the team who continuously helped me for few days to get all my policies issued. I found a system problem in your computers which I pointed out earlier. Whenever policies in pdf formats are automatically sent often we get, empty files and message "reload failed". Finally, I had to open my account, view the policies and save the pdf files. Can you please look into it and rectify it. Otherwise I did not have any problem in getting the policies issued. Thanks to the entire Team

We had gone to the US to visit our unwell son. Due to the extreme climatic conditions, I fell sick. We were really worried about high medical costs, as we did not want to be a burden on our son who was studying there. When I had gone to see my son and family in the US, I developed diarrhoea on the first day itself. I was bed ridden and had to be rushed to the hospital.
